Sometimes one needs to look inside oneself for strength, not outside...
for sure, bhutan seems to have a vision, and are on the road to achieving what they believe to be in the interest of their people. Quite amazing, maybe we should send our dear leaders to go learn something. [was being snarky with the dear leader bit eh]
Though i do not know where Bhutan is (i wil google in the next few seconds, it feels like kenya and what it should do.
hey shiro! the article on the link was also good at describing the place (made want to go there, -their visas are rationed which makes sense, sinces its a small country.Makes one want to go there all the more)
